CALL FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
To encourage the involvement of industry peers, and prompt the exchange between academia and industry in ITEC Asia-Pacific 2014, the organization program committee decides to receive contribution of oral presentation. This program is open for people who are willing to share ideas or research findings in this conference, but not want to publish related papers. The theme of oral presentation must be related to transportation electrification. The organization program committee will arrange presentations to their corresponding tracks. Each oral presentation should be less than 20 minutes, including 15 minutes lecture and 5 minutes discussion.
The oral presentation abstracts and Microsoft PowerPoint format slides must be submitted at: http://edas.info/N16219 (Choosing For Oral Presentation), no later than April 20, 2014. If accepted, the speaker must register for the conference and pay a full, regular registration fee.

The launch of IEEE Electrification Magazine has created an opportunity for professionals within the industry and academic community to submit articles for publication. We welcome your expertise in the areas of:
Feature articles focus on advanced concepts, technologies, and practices associated with all aspects of electrification in the transportation and off-grid sectors from a technical perspective in synergy with nontechnical areas such as business, environmental, and social concerns.
There is no IEEE magazine which has a global view of electrification in both transportation and off-grid electrification applications. The IEEE Electrification Magazine will fill the need felt by engineers in industry as well as policy makers who require information on the technology, use cases and field experience of electrification.

Paper Susmission Deadline Extended
We appreciate for your active participation and support. Many potential authors are requesting to extend the submission deadline of their digest and full paper, and the coming holiday of Spring Festival will also influence the process of paper submission. For these reasons, ITEC Asia-Pacific 2014 organization committee extends the digests and full paper deadline to make our meeting more successful.

※ All papers presented at ITEC Asia-Pacific are also eligible for submitting to IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications, Transactions on Power Electronics, Transactions on Energy Conversion or Transactions on Transportation Electrification for publication review. Successful submissions after peer review will be published on the respective IEEE Transactions.
